Wood and Willows Shipping Policy

• Shipping Locations: We ship within the U.S. only. Hand-embellished artwork is not available for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

 

Processing Time:

• Artwork ships within 5 business days. Orders placed after Friday at 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

 

• Custom Hand-embellished artwork takes 3–4 weeks to complete before shipping. Please plan accordingly.

 

•  Clothing orders: Shipping labels are printed and processed 1–3 days prior to shipping.

 

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

 

• Possible Delays: Weather, holidays, or carrier delays (UPS/USPS) may impact delivery times. You will receive a notification if your order is delayed or canceled.

 

• Undeliverable Packages: If the address provided is incorrect or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any additional postage. A flat $8 fee will be charged for re-delivery.
