Refund policy

At Wood and Willows, we take great care in crafting and curating our art, reproductions, and clothing. Due to the nature of our products all sales are final for the entire store. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time.

However, if an art piece or reproduction arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the damaged artwork or reproduction.
